100 per cent Garganega grapes grown on volcanic soil in the Veneto region in North East Italy, on the hills of Bassano del Grappa. Harvested by hand; pressed through cryo maceration to maximise extraction of aromas; fermented and matured for 12 months in Clayver ceramic egg of 400 litre size; rested in bottle for 6 months before shipment.
