Made from the grapes in a mixed vineyard on the Northern slopes of Mount Etna, largely Carricante grape variety which is unique to this area. Aged for 9 months in ceramic egg made by Clayver.

Tasting Note:
Look: clear bright medium intensity golden yellow, lemon
Smell: pretty nose of lemon fruit stones and with a hint of walnut skin
Taste: viscous lemony fruit palate. But if I am honest lacks length and depth of flavour
