HALO and WELCOME TO MY WEBSITE
The purpose of this brief introduction is to help you to navigate quickly to where you want to be and what you want to do, which hopefully is to buy some of my wines.
I make wines in 3 regions of Italy- from north to south VENETO;TUSCANY and SICILY.
In Veneto currently my only white wine made with the local grape of Soave, Garganega and Pinot Nero.
In Tuscany, the home of Chianti Classico and Brunello di Montalcino located between Florence and Siena and south of Siena respectively. The home of the Sangiovese red grape.
In Sicily on the slopes of the volcano, Mt. Etna the local red grape is Nerello Mascalese.
My philosophy is simple, make wines that if I can’t sell I drink.
My aim is to show the natural flavours of the grape and to make small quantities of a range of distinctive wines.
All my wines are organic and some biodynamic. The website highlights the large number of awards that my wines have won all of which equate to a score in excess of 90 points on the “Parker scale”
I am known as THE EGGMAN because I am a pioneer of using ceramic egg shaped vessels made from clay and I have a collection of these made by manufacturers based in Italy, France and Australia. All these vessels are certified by the relevant Food Standards Authority.

You won’t find any of my wines in supermarkets or chains of wine merchants because I prefer to market directly. We have included some mixed cases of 6 bottles in our Shop to make selection easier and quicker.
