Each year, Robin Baum produces a limited-edition wine, crafted from exceptional grapes and matured in his signature ceramic egg vessels. Past releases have included unique blends, such as the 2017 (46% Merlot, 36% Alicante Bousquet and 18% Sangiovese) and the 2018 (Sangiovese), both of which showcase the purity of the grape without the influence of oak.
In 2022, a 95% Merlot blend, matured in an Australian Magnum 675 ceramic egg, was released in a limited run of just 800 bottles. This wine demonstrates the true character of Merlot, delivering a smooth, silky experience with a distinct fruit-forward profile.
